Training

There aren't any losers in Wrestling, just winners and learners. That is where training comes in. We normally start of with a warm up a few fun games before getting into a few refreshers and then into technique work. 

 

Our sessions are tailored to suit everyone, it does't matter who you are or how experienced you are... normally we match up partners on weight so you don't need to worry about wrestling someone who is lots heavier than you. If you can it's always good to bring a friend but if you can't don't worry about it.


Finally at the end of each session we have live wrestling, this is where everyone wrestles each other. It's coached throughout so if there is something you are not quite getting you can learn
